This is very useful. I've only been using it a short while and I've learned a lot more already than I had with various phrasebooks. It's very interactive and the ability to hear the native speaker audio whenever you want and as many times as you need is terrific. I like the way it has a bunch of different learning techniques. It's good for reviewing what I already know and learning new things. One thing I would like to see added is a way to add your own new phrases. That way I could add phrases from the class I'm taking. I'd like to see more apps just like this for other languages.
This app is terrible. It is short and repetitive and only marginally longer than the free one! I am super dissapointed. I wish they listed the topics included because I feel this was a scammish cop out. I want my money back to be perfectly honest.
This a great app for people who are learning Italian and have had their fill of "Mi chiamo Bob." If you are comfortable with the basics (il conto per favore), then this app will move you to the next level with phrases like "Questa è la mia prima volta in Italy." Try out the lite version first to get a feel first. I like the use of word matching and writing to learn a language. I have tried many Italian phrase apps. The two I have are this one and Lingopal.
