Barnes & Noble – shop books for Android

I placed an order but the app kept glitching and kicked me out before i got the confirmation message, i signed in as a guest so i’m not sure how to check whether or not it went through but it did take my money !! hoping for the best, but please fix the app so this doesn’t happen to anyone else..

I know BN is in trouble, and I’m doing my best to keep them in business. I will always try to make book purchases at BN instead of the other online alternative. But c’mon, BN. Are you intentionally allowing your app to die a slow death? It has so many glitches and errors, it will often take me an hour to successfully purchase one book. The app will freeze, or I’ll repeatedly get sent to an error page from which there is no return, except to close the app entirely and start over. This is 2022, and if a solid app and a robust online system is not part of your business plan, then sadly maybe it is time to close.

Well I got the app bc I have to do it for a summer assignment and i wanted to buy the book right? And I was gonna buy it but it told me access denied so I realized I wasn’t signed in but then I put in my email and password and I pressed the sign in and continue but didn’t sign me in. Overall it rly needs help and improvement.

No matter how many times I have tried, I cannot sign into my account. This makes the app completely worthless for me.

I am completely p*ssed that I can’t purchase books on the app anymore as well as when I try and download things in my library there is now errors popping up I have always loved Barnes and noble as well as the app but the changes have made it to where I can’t even continue reading series because I can no long purchase or download.
