WeatherBug Elite for Android

This used to be a great app, once you buy the elite, they don’t care about you anymore. I can’t get location services to work right, it’s completely in accurate about the temperature. I’m sorry I bought it, I just deleted it and went back to The Weather Channel.

I use it daily for professional and personal reasons. I am a charter boat captain on Lake Erie and I like to keep an eye on what’s coming at me weather wise. I find the radar useful to track fronts producing thunderstorms with lightning. That warns me that it’s time to head back to the dock. I also use NOAA’s marine forecasts and when paired with WeatherBug I get one powerful weather tool.

This weather app is right way more often than any other weather app I have used. I love this app! Highly recommended!

When we’re spending the winter in Florida and we’re out kayaking, we can go several miles from the campground. I depend on WeatherBug for selecting the days that we are out on the water and how long we stay there. Never hit the water without checking WeatherBug first.

I work in the environmental field and I use this app a lot for the lightening detector. We shut down when it’s within 10 miles and do a 30 minute stand down. So I love this app. Thanks for all y’all do for the working men.
