Ballistic for Android

It’s been years since this has been updated. Missing so many loads in its database, even though as that have been out for years. Also, works poorly in dark mode, being unable to see some input data. Not worth it anymore in 2022.

I am one of those non tech talented souls, I, in fact, sometimes have a tough time spelling PC. This app though makes it very easy to zero at home and travel to a climate and terrain vastly different and shoot very well. Thank you!

After having this app for what seems like forever it’s still among the best. As a ballistics junkie, I try them all. Many have disappeared, others just left dangling on the App Store, apparently abandoned like a tech Flying Dutchman. Not Ballistic! Cheap it is not, but it’s worth the expense. JLM

Downloaded the app to help with 2 of my other optics sadly none of the ammo that I use is listed.was using the app more for hunting purposes then long range purposes. App needs to be more beginner friendly aswell.

For years I used “Shooter” on a succession of android devices. On arriving in iOS land Ballistic caught my attention and I gave it a whirl. The computational engine works great, but there is one showstopper. I cannot find a way to save a particular set of data for future editing. If weather conditions change, or I want alter the look angle or lead, I have to reenter all other data. Why not let users save basic load/performance data and then enter the few variables that change prior to calculating a solution. If I’m missing something, please correct me. I emailed the developers and got crickets. This cost the app three stars in my book.
