I like the capabilities, interface, ease of use and widget .... but ultimately I chose to use another app that gives me the option of a notification/reminder each day of how many days I have left. Would gladly pay for a version of Big Day with daily reminders/alerts. Thank you :)

Why offer a free version that only lets you put one event?
Simple and basic. I like it let's me put in my own pic and like widget feature just would like different ticker options
I use this app for a completely different purpose than the developers had originally intended. I have put a date in that occurred in the past and now it counts upwards... every single day. I gave it a custom background image that is a picture of me looking out to sea, contemplating life. I look at this nearly daily to remind myself just how far I've come... 1675 days since my last drink, as of this writing! For this, it is the absolute perfect app for my needs. For its original intent, I'll have to refer you to the other reviewers. Oh, and I've had this app for about 1645 days (I got it when I hit my one month mark and wanted a better way to keep track).
