NOTAMS don’t work!

My dad has the app and recommended it he has android and his works fine however I’m using an Android if that makes a difference and NOTAMS don’t work at all which is disappointing.

Poor customer support

I’ve used this app for work for the last 9 years. I’d like to give it 5 stars but for the poor customer support. During the recent Notam problem, I sent 4 requests for some feedback/info concerning the extremely slow downloading of the SIA France Notams. There were occasions that I could not download the Notams at all, and had to resort to sourcing them on the internet. I can understand that there will be problems particularly with iOS updates, but I still expect at least an acknowledgement from customer support regarding my concerns. This never happened. At least the latest update solved the problem. Wake up customer support. We have other options and choices if you’re overwhelmed by too many customers. We paid for this service.

Was the best app for notams til feb 2020 now unable to download notams. Several times reported not answer at all from staff.

Failure in displaying the NOTAMS

This application was magnificent before the failure of receiving the NOTAMS, as I was able to collect all the data with one touch and this was the main reason to buy this application. Tried several times to report this problem, but unfortunately the problem isn't fixed till now.
