Awesome rpn calculator
My first programmable HP calculator was the HP11C, and I loved it. But having one on my Android is more convenient, and it’s almost as pleasant to hold as the real thing. This one is beautifully designed, and has many additional well thought out features, like unit conversions and TVM. But I’ve found a number of inconsistencies and bugs after just a few days’ use - many of which simply crash the app. It’s disappointing that there have been no bug fixes in some time, as surely others have discovered these by now. There are also quite a few spelling and grammatical errors in the text, but the intended message is usually evident.
I get error codes for no good reason. I think it started with iOS 12 or thereabouts. Fix it!
I also own own the HP produced emulation, which as of this writing hasn’t been updated in two years and may no longer be supported. RLM’s version was more feature rich even when it wasn’t the only game in town. I cut my teeth on HP calculators in the 1980’s when I studied aeronautical engineering, and being able to use the old familiar functions and keyboard muscle memory on my phone (and Mobile) is a breath of fresh air. I hope RLM continues to support their HP emulations long into the future.
One of the cleanest, feature rich apps I’ve ever owned. Outstanding job attending to every detail, even beyond my expectations as an engineer. Worth every penny, and works on ios 13, unlike some other orphan ware RPN calculators out there. Please keep this App alive with iOS updates! Thank you!!
