Great while it lasted

This has been my favorite sudoku app for many years and it still works on my older Android phone. After a recent update on my Mobile it crashes when completing a game or asking for a hint. On my new Android phone I don’t even see it available, just the pay version which hasn’t been updated in years.

I have used this puzzle for years and I can’t part ways. I’m 83 and this puzzle keeps me entertained. Last week a had to change my old phone for an 14. My puzzle is not working on it. I have deleted and downloaded again and again and I can’t make it work. When inputting the last number needed it disappears. If I look back at the menu it doesn’t show any marks that such puzzle has been completed. Please what can I do.
