MyMercy+ for Android

I use my Mobile app for Mercy. The new app only shows the phone size view. I mostly view Mercy on my Mobile or laptop. This phone view is not good. I would not have a Mobile if I wanted a phone view.

The app doesn’t adjust to Mobile size, so hard to read. This app does not allow you to print, or forward documents like the former app did. Result is that I am still using the old app.

The app is less user friendly than the old version…when it works. More often than not, it won’t let me log in. When I can get in, it’s not as easy to navigate, especially when having an entire family to manage.

I have spent the last hour trying to maneuver your “upgraded” app. It’s a total disappointment to say the least! My icons are gone and little bitty buttons at the bottom that even with my glasses on I can barely read!! Your video on the upgrade still showed my icons but lo & behold they aren’t there in the actual new app! I think this app has been released way before it’s ready for “user friendly” access. Too many missing links & again it is NOT user friendly at all. I will be returning to the old app until you shut it down. Maybe you can bring the “+” up to par before then. Totally disappointed!!
