Just went to open the app the get my smart parking transaction info, and was redirected to “Update,” which was actually a redirect to download a completely new app. The app doesn’t have any Smart Parking information even though my center (Westfield Century City) is a Smart Parking participant. Where is my historic information? Why is this update worse than the other app (which worked perfectly fine)? Help would be appreciated!
Rolled out an update that didn’t include smart parking— so you can enter the garage still but not exit. Brilliant.
I had no idea there was a new app, went to the Century City location for a movie. The system still scanned me in, but after the movie there was no way to validate in the new app that I was forced to download. No one answered the call for help in the garage so I had to tailgate another car to get out. Let’s get this fixed please.
I honestly thought I had downloaded the wrong app - it feels like it was contracted out to a kid on fiver . And the worst part …. Smart parking is gone (no validation ) . What the f ???
The app update is awful. It seems like it’s been rolled back centuries. The bar code doesn’t work for smart parking in century city. Terrible update! It doesn’t work.
