I started using and couldn’t submit a reciept a few emails back and forth I got my points since then I haven’t been able to log into my account I have tried to get an email to reset my password and never get one. I have wrote to them too and what they have suggested doesn’t work. I have two reciepts I want to submit and by the time I get into my account if ever they will likely claim the receipts are too old. INFURATING!!
UPDATE: I followed the instructions given in the Developer Response but “sign up” recognized my email so I clicked “forgot password,” which allowed me to reset my password and enter my rewards account. I still am not recognized on the website, but I guess that’s irrelevant. Thank you for the response and assistance. Following is original review: I set up the account awhile ago and twice entered receipts. Now I have $100 in receipts to add but not only are my credentials considered invalid on the app even after updating the app, but my account doesn’t exist on the website even after they sent a verification code to my email! Why does the App Support link take you to a form on the website that has no relation to the app?
I am not sure why I removed the app before but maybe removing it again after redownloading and receiving errors from the start. The first thing that stood out to me on my home page when I opened the app was a red box with a message that said “Missing pet information” “Complete Profile”. I personally hate seeing these types of bold boxes, this would be especially true for this case because a lot of animals are mixed and people have no clue what they are mixed with. This is especially true on cats, where you are putting dsh, dmh, or dlh as an answer, pointless and a lot of people have no clue what that is (rant over). So I fill in the missing information, a picture, type of breed and push save only to receive an error! “Something went wrong please try again” I have tried to exit it and log back in, it looked like it was going to work, it said it saved, I hit next, and it did not give me the next cat, so I went out clicked on that cat only to be taken back to the first one, to receive the same error again. You get the point. If I cannot get through the simple task of updating/entering pet information which is a first step am I truly expected to think there will not be more frustrations and errors?
