Great App

It’s a really great app with programs that have proven results over many clients and testers. However I’d like to see how we can sync the workouts to an Google Watch the same way they sync workouts with a garmin watch. other than that it’s a simple app that helps you track your workouts and gives you free programs!

Great App However,

Love the app but I would love to see a build program that focus on strength gains more than running. It would also be a good way to promote the Endo pump and strong foods products.
