Avoid this company! They build an app to get your money!!! LUMI app is a total waste of time. I have been trying to schedule a session on the app, every single day and hours I click wasn’t working!!! I contact customer service and send them a video that their App wasn’t working as advertised but they told me they have some stupid policy that no refund can’t be issued! What a joke! If you are in the business of giving money away for wasting your time, please give Lumi a try! They are best in the world!
Firstly please note I'm 69. I'm not tech savvy and don't like any experiments especially with the things which worked for years. But my daughter presented me this app and Lumi has trully revolutionized my wardrobe. The clothes are high quality and the stylists really get my style. All ladies are very patient and nice.
The best thing about Lumi is the personalized attention. My stylist, Juls, really took the time to understand my preferences. Now she knows everything about my family, lifestyle and hobbies😃 She tailored a great outfit for me which I wear almost every day. So happy with the results and I'm waiting for my next session with Juls!
