I downloaded it but haven’t been able to play even deleted it and reinstalled it and still can’t play

SOME EDITS TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: i was having sooo much fun with the game. i played often, nearly every day, multiple times a day. it offered plenty of rewards to keep playing, the challenges and orders were achievable, and the graphics and storyline were not bad. all was going well… until i got a VIP order for high level items that took forever to get. i had them prior to the VIP order populating because i was saving them to clear more spaces on the board. the VIP order’s reward was 80 gems and 150 lightning bolts (energy), so i was willing to give them up. i pressed ‘go’ to fulfill the order, and the game glitched. i lost everything. to compare, i play travel town; if that game glitches i just need to exit out completely and come back in, then the rewards are there. NOT with this game. a glitch means you lose everything, your items AND your promised rewards. i’m actually really sad and may not play this game for a while, or even at all. if enough time passes i’ll definitely just delete. so unfortunate. UPDATE: i’m not sure how often the developers or customer service monitors these ratings, but after a month i just decided to change my rating from 2 to 1 star and deleted the app. super unfortunate because i enjoyed the game very much. *****MENTION OF/COMPARE TO OTHER MERGE GAMES, PLEASE SKIP IF UNINTERESTED: like i mentioned before, i also play travel town, which i often spend my own money to play (gladly, the rewards offer a solid base to complete challenges and fulfill orders which leads to even more rewards) and seaside escape, which i rarely have to spend money to play (but would if i were really enticed by the rewards). i’ve never had any issues with either of those games for the year or so i’ve played. they’re only mentioned because i found them by reading the reviews on similar merge games that recommended them. now i love them and maybe someone else will, too.***** anyways, back to this game; i felt the loss of all the time and energy (lightning bolts) spent to acquire those items that i lost to the glitch plus the lost rewards owed to me EVERY TIME i opened the app to play. it got to the point that opening the app didn’t bring me joy anymore—only irritation and anxiety surrounding the anticipation of another glitch. i was getting nervous about fulfilling large or complicated orders and it killed the game for me. if the developers or customer service ever ends up reaching out, i’d be more than willing to offer my feedback in hopes of quality improvement. i’d hate for anyone else to feel the frustration i felt that day; these games are supposed to be fun LOL.

The game worked for a little bit then it stopped working

I hav enjoyed playing the game due to ways to get energy to keep p,aging. I like the different orders to keep it interesting, but the generators have short tap out times and take a long time to charge.

Game is completely different from the advertisements like it’s not the same at all it’s just matching things together but at least it does give u a few options to decorate I like it better than Journey Home which also is completely false advertising as well
