Just love this camera feeder. Sure it goes offline every now and then, but usually exiting the app, waiting a little, and going back in gets it working again. People have to realize this is dependent on your network. Also, keep in mind not all wifi enabled devices work 100% perfectly all the time. All in all, it works, great pictures and videos, and I get to see my feathered friends whenever I want. I just love it. Make sure you change your notification settings: select Me from the bottom, message center, gear icon, system notification, and not recurring, to select how much time in between notifications (last picture), or your phone battery will drain with all the notifications from the frequent visitors. Oh and this says to keep within 50ft of your house, but we have ours 100ft away and the signal strength is still great, just depends on your network.

I had a charging problem that they worked me through very patiently. I had previously been unable to delete pictures and they worked me through that. I was delighted with the help they gave me. The app works great, and I’m really enjoying it.
