CHE Care Connect for Android

This app is very difficult to use. I have had to uninstall and reinstall many times! Very poorly designed.

I do not recommend this company, app, NOTHING. They are scammers

It’s been a perfect fit for me, from the search, my preference choices, to my insurance coverage, my co-pays, customer service and more importantly the ease of use either through app or desktop. I am so happy to have found CHE.

I was asked to sign forms and submit a credit card without being informed whether or not my insurance was accepted or the cost of appointment. I was forced to book and appointment and told I would be charged if I cancelled. Then, I had to sign several release forms agreeing to financial responsibility and disclosing extremely personal information including names and addresses of contacts and physicians (over 90 questions) before being allowed to cancel the appointment. During the course of attempting to complete the lengthy form, the app froze and had to be restarted 5 times. Extremely shady and concerning.

Amazing therapist and great convenience. Very thankful for this app and the service.
