This is absolutely the worst app I’ve ever used and if I could give negative stars I definitely would.

this app have still have lot of issues my experience for longtime

I can not clock-out of work, because I’m required to enter the consumer enrollment I.D. Witch I can not do because this app is completely broken and doesn’t work as it should. When I do press “select consumer enrollment I.D.” I do not receive any options to press nor can I manually enter anything myself So all I can do is clock into work, but I can not clock out of work………… Fix this…… now……

It absolutely ridiculous that we have to use this app in the first place because of the new mandated Texas law. Just another thing to have to document, regardless on top of having to keep a timely schedule for home health the app hardly ever works especially in rural areas, where they say “it’s supposed to work offline” it doesn’t. Now it just crashes every time I go to log in after the new update.
