Love the new Upcoming Feature. Very helpful.
I've been using for about a year and half. A very solid todo list manager that works equally well on my windows PC Chrome or IE browser, and on my other devices. I have many small projects to manage concurrently, with some larger ones going at the same time. This app helps me organize all my projects with project folders and subtasks. It's easy to go through and prioritize tasks daily. I also use the Inbox to just quickly throw in a task that I later file under the appropriate project, and my phone lets me do that by just speaking and having that converted into the text for the task. Nice. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the calendar integration, which is being improved. I would like to be able to assign a date range to a task (and subtasks), and have that show up graphically on a calendar. If it could do that, I wouldn't need other tools to do a project work breakdown structure. I paid for the premium version, both for the additional features, but especially to encourage this company to keep working on what I believe is a solid product with even more potential. If you like it, you might do the same.
I have tried several systems for organization and productivity. Franklin Covey has been my favorite, I even took an expensive seminar about it. however going digital has never been on FC best interest. Their digital apps are too expensive and not as nice. Finale To Do has everything I need and more. Its beautiful, easy to use and the karma feature is the best it keeps me motivated. Also, if you suspect you have ADHD this will help you a lot.
An incredible efficiency and effectiveness tool that I wouldn’t do without. Use it constantly and with huge gains as a result. Love it!
Excellent app, that is really easy and quick to use for simple lists, but also powerful enough if you need more complex organization, functionality and features. Syncing across all devices was also critical for me, and sets this apart from other app only tools. Sharing features are also easy to use, and great for coordinating with my spouse. Has helped me tame and get control of all my unruly lists in one spot, and made me more effective in the process. Would highly recommend!
