Had been playing for the last 5 months. Lots of bugs like inconsistent alliance wars - weeks and even months can go by with one. And, wars are needed to gain loot to improve troops and defenses. After finally getting used to the bugs and quirks I log in today and had to start over. My old profile was gone and my alliance membership with it. Terrible support and no notifications when they’re working on code. I’m creating a new profile for the third time and hope to find my old alliance although I can’t remember the name. 😡
After working my character up to lvl12, the game just randomly reset itself after an update. Game progress isn’t saved to a cloud or backup server, so after an hour on the phone with support, she said I would just have to start over. Against my better judgment, I started from scratch and after getting my new character to lvl11, the game market where various resources are bought and sold has become inaccessible. A “bug” just notifies you it can’t connect to the server and to check your connection. This is happening to several accounts throughout the game. You definitely need market access to play this game.

Deleted all my progress at level 20. All that work gone. I’m done. Dont play this game. They can just delete everything. I was manually clicking thousands of times to sell items. They don’t have a slider for market. At high levels your constantly selling items. It’s wrong to delete progress.
This game is really fun but it doesn’t want you to play it. Progression is slow, PvP battles are few and far between, and I can’t play alliance wars because it always says “Preparing for war. Try again later”. I really want to play this game, you should make it playable. Update: Now the game just keeps starting over from the beginning deleting all my progress.
