The app doesn't work at the most primary function: upscaling. It just hangs on uploading any standard image without making progress. It also does not even allow the user to log into their account. The service is good from the website. The app is useless garbage in its current state and should be removed from the app store until fixed. 1-star for the app. Should be 0-stars. Images always come out great when I use upscale. A few months ago I was using the web version, which was great. The app is okay, there’s a lot missing to it though. I’m unsure how you’re even supposed to link a plan to your app, when you aren’t able to login within it. It tells you to sign up on browser after you use 10 credits. I have an account, which offers 45 free credits. But when I login to the account on the browser and go back to the app, nothing. I’m not sure how one would even be able to utilize their credits with a paying subscription, if you aren’t able to access your full 45 free credit allotment on the app when you sign up. I also seems the website has more frequent periods of being mildly slow no matter which browser you are trying to access it from. This is a great resource that I highly recommend, and I believe the app will do nothing but improve.
