Somehow someone used my account to buy $300 in gift cards because I was even sent an email to confirm that I had bought them. And now it won’t let me sign in after I updated my new password.
App looks very nice but I can’t order ahead in the app if there isn’t an option to add bubble to my tea. Defeats the whole Purpose of order ahead
I go to this place a lot so I thought it would be smart to download the app. Boy was I wrong. If you are even able to put money in you better spend it all in one visit because you’ll never get it back again. I have $3.90 in the app and can’t use it. The app won’t let me add more and they can’t apply the remaining to any order. This app is a total rip off. Don’t use it unless you want to throw money away.
When I try to checkout with my order, I get an error that the shop is closed, despite the shop being open. Mobile order works fine in the old app for the same shop and time.
I think Starbucks has this feature… not sure. But, it would be cool if you could do the same thing on this app. You could create unlimited variations of drinks and just save them and possibly, try them later.
