Banned for absolutely no reason before i could cash out anything. I guess watching their ads and playing the game as presented isn't okay. Customer service is terrible. They give vague answers about “fraudulent activity” but can never tell me exactly what the issue is so we can remedy it. Something is off. Do not play avia games. There is other more reputable companies out there who weren’t sued for using bots. They will respond to this comment with some generic answer. They will never actually help you with specifics and solutions. It is a waste of time.

And they tried to charge me for the deposit so no no 0* !!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve been playing for over a year now and I have very mixed emotions about this game. I will start by saying the positives: it does pay out as promised, it has daily bonuses, you can play cash games with 1.2k gems if you can get that many from free play. Now the cons: I do feel once you start winning, you very quickly get paired with players way out of your skill level so you lose. I’m talking scores you’ve never even close to reached. It’s very discouraging and mismatched for skill level. If the game play was more fair, you’d win more. Now I don’t expect to win every game of course but when I do well and suddenly am last place because everyone else scored 10k more points than I ever have in the game - that feels unfair and discourages you from continuing the play - especially for money. I do like the graphics and platform, I just wish you had better odds of opponents on your skill level so you could actually win more often. Thank you.

Before the update I used to be able to win, now they are using bots because these players are scoring 10 times above anybody else. The algorithm is actually also matching up players not with the same skill set and I will be charging back my five dollars, and I have reported this game to Google for fraud
