I’m leaving 1 star until you fix the bug issue with KineMaster 6 where even though I’m clearly subscribed the app is operating like I am not while telling me that I am and its frustrating because I have so many projects to finish and can’t due to this technical issue and I’ve tried force closing and resetting the app…
KineMaster was literally the best app with video editing it was so simple I used it for years instead of final cut. Went to save a video I spent a few days editing just to see a water mark pop up when I paid my premium subscription. Now unfortunately Kine master you cant charge people for a subscription then make a new app and charge everyone a second time so you can refund my money give me a one time free subscription with 6 or I’m going to use my 200k following on Twitter and get as many people to report your app in the Apple store as I can you choose

You see I decided to get Kinemaster 6 to work on a new project I was working on. Just a small fan animation. The second the first image/background loaded in I knew something was wrong. Instead of what I was expecting a snowy forest, I saw empty gray. It was broken and not showing the image at all. I’m going back to 5 as at least I KNOW it works.
I’m reviewing this based on the fact that I’ve asked for my upgrade code 3 times per KineMasters instructions & I have still not gotten it. Leads me to believe that it’s just a lie & you’re not actually upgrading annual customers to KM 6. I won’t be renewing my subscription if I don’t get the code by Monday.
