The app crashed 5 mins before drop and wasn’t able to log in till 9:30 to find out the etbs were gone. I still can’t find a person on X or Ig tik tok etc that said they were able to get a etb.
Extremely buggy, customer service is slow to respond
The camera works well, and the “collection” side of things is pretty ok. The shopping side is awful. Don’t expect to buy anything pre-release or new, because the app servers kick you out and force you logged out and just crash for 30 minutes. When you can finally log back in everything is sold out.
Literally waited for the prismatic drop. 1 minute before the drop, BOOM! app logs you out and you basically can never get back in.
App hasnt been updated for years, youtuber is too busy with his channel to manage it and or fix it do better Leon. How do you let the site and app crash on drop add id verification through a third party or something.
