Bro I been waiting for this app to release because you needed a pc to play this but I did not expect for Netflix to buy the game lol anyway that was a smart move thank you Netflix
You can tell how much time and effort the creators put into this game. It’s incredibly well thought out and artistic. For anyone who’s a fan of the artistry in games, you’ll appreciate this one. What I like is that you can play for hours and never feel like you’ve completed all of the gameplay options. I was so sucked in, I couldn’t put it down. For anyone who’s a fan of black mirror type content, you’ll enjoy this game.
I'm not a massive gamer and I have a low threshold for frustrating games, but I'm generally a good sport about it. That said, this is one of the most frustrating games I've ever come across. The repetition and limited action options would be less frustrating if the time in each loop weren't so tight. Having to go through several trials and errors just to get any single bit of new information, often being unable to use new information in future loops without OTHER information you have yet to discover, is draining and not fun. The UI on the Android anyway is miserable: more times than not, I dragged my phone notifications down instead of something from my inventory, thus literally and figuratively taking me out of the game. After spending several hours over the last couple of days trying to make progress, I gave up and watched a walkthrough video, where I found out that I didn't even uncover 10% of the full story in that time! Turns out, you have to do certain things and ask certain questions in JUST the right order if you don't want to get stuck, and there's no indication of what worked and what doesn't in each loop. But the tedium of having to combine the right objects and say the right things to the the right person at the right time... It's all just too much effort. And I know sometimes it's about the journey, but having watched the full walkthrough, I'm glad I cut my losses when I did. The story wasn't worth it. Maybe this game works for people who are looking for a big, long, difficult puzzle to dig in and solve but if you want a fun engaging time-killer, it's both too much and not enough.
I watched a YTer play and I wanted to play but I couldn’t unlock the door, I found the key and it wouldn’t unlock.
Highly recommend!
