Where do I start, the design of the app is very pleasing to the eye, especially coming from different sports betting apps. The app is very efficient when I go to place live bets on games that are currently in progress. You don’t have to worry about any delay or glitch, like you would on FanDuel or Draft Kings. I would recommend this app to all bettors, no matter the experience they have with sports betting. Keep up the good work betJACK.
App says they’ll give you a $200 deposit match on your first bet but after you sign up and make the deposit they change it to $1000. Very misleading

I was so excited to try this app once sports betting became legal in Ohio. I am a regular at JACK Cleveland and was hoping that this App lived up to their reputation. Unfortunately it’s not even close. There are a number of reasons why I will not be using this app and why I think that in the sports-book industry they have a lot to work on. 1. Interface is not user friendly. They have lackluster prop lines and parlay builders and their early cash-out for bets is nearly non existent unless to try and rip your mouth out. Interactions within are buggy. 2. They clearly paid bloggers and journalists to write articles in review of their app that were intentionally deceitful. I was under the impression that their deposit and withdrawal methods rivaled the competition, claiming they offered PayPal, Play+, Cash at counter, etc. when in reality they offer nothing but Visa debit card transactions and Trustly online banking. How can you have a JACK sports betting app and not even make it possible to link your Jack players card, and make deposit/withdrawals at the JACK casinos?!! Doesn’t even make sense. I was under the impression I’d be able to connect my card, scan my phone at a kiosk/counter and either place bets or cash out. 3. NOWHERE on the app does it describe the withdrawal process. You can type anything you can think of into the FAQ “Withdrawal methods,” “Cash out” anything and NOWHERE does it describe the process. Which by the way is that of the STONE AGE. It offers debit card withdrawals that take, wait for it, 5 BUSINESS DAYS! In 2023! You have casinos that don’t abide by normal “business” days/hours yet you can’t find the manpower to process transactions around the clock? Now I see why they intentionally hide the withdrawal process from the FAQ or anywhere else on the app because they know they can’t compete with the other books on the market. Anywhere else you play is nearly instant but this app takes 3-5 business days. Shameless. 4. Support is subpar just copy and pasting generic, “I’ll relay your concerns to marketing. Is there anything else I can help you with?” I’m response to anything you say. UNIMPRESSED TO SAY THE LEAST
I’ve tried bank accounts, debit cards, and credit cards, but the app has an error every time. Guess they don’t want me to have that $100 bonus 😔
