1. If your result from using AmpliTest was not favorable, we strongly recommend you obtain a complete hearing evaluation by a Hearing Care Professional or Medical Professional to determine your exact hearing status.

2. Even if your results are in the normal range but you have concerns about your hearing, we encourage you to seek a complete hearing evaluation performed by a Hearing Care Professional or Medical Professional.

3. Should the results indicate potential hearing loss, the Virtual Care Team can connect you to a specialist in your area.

4. The results are intended as a first step in testing your hearing.

5. AmpliTest is a new take on the traditional online hearing screening.

6. Connect first with our virtual care team who will walk you through the screening and help answer your questions.

7. If you are using wireless headphones/earbuds, and the results are not favorable, take the screening again using wired headphone or earbuds.

8. To use the app, contact our Virtual Care Team at 855-900-5938 (Apple Store), to start the process.

9. The accuracy of your test results will depend on the type of headphones you use as well as the ambient noise level.
