I want to love it. I know it’s new but please fix bugs! Goes back to home screen when searching and if I’m lucky enough to open a web page, I’m only able to keep open momentarily before it goes back to Home Screen. I searched through other reviews to see if anyone else had this problem. And I’m not the only one. I saw a developer response to another reviewer to be sure it’s installed properly. Im not sure how there’s a wrong way to install but for the record, I have one of the newest iPhones and it is installed properly. I really am excited about this but unfortunately, until bugs are fixed, I can’t use it. Can you respond to me when this bug has been fixed?! Thank you 😊
It’s a new app so has some bugs like back button bringing you to a blank page and screen sometimes just goes back to home. Please add Duck Duck Go as a search engine option. Forcing the use of biased search engines like Google or Yahoo go against the mission of this browser.
Was easy to set up thumbnails of all my go to newsfeeds on the homepage. Added bonus is that I don’t even have to see the headlines of the liberal propaganda that passes for news on the homepage of competing browsers.
I’m all for what this company is trying to accomplish but the app is a little clunky. Closing open tabs doesn’t always work and it’s difficult to find bookmarks. I’d love to see a reader mode with just text too.
I give it 3 for providing a browser I always wished for. On my Windows computer, It is extremely slow however, especially the news feeds. And, I see ads a crazy number of ads on some web sites, that I don’t see on other browsers. I think they’re Google ads. I don’t trust Google, so I wouldn’t doubt they’re trying to sabotage this. Needs a lot of work, but I’ll try it again later.
