The app definitely was designed poorly, I have a K-ETA I have my Q-Code just in case, I wanted to do this also so my journey into Korea for the first time would be as smooth as possible but, this app doesn’t work. Same issue with everyone else, followed the directions of other travelers but no it doesn’t work, it worked for you two, but for the vast majority of other travelers it seems, not to working. I also have two middle names so I think that’s messing it up.
For the files “number of accompanying passengers (excluding yourself)” I enter “0”. App does not accept this answer.
Nothing works properly and the “developer response” is also useless unless you can understand Korean.
I should have listened to the reviews. Can’t put passport number. Keeps saying that it’s not valid. Now I’m afraid maybe this is a scam app. I hope not!! I hope they fix this so it works someday. Or just take it down. Not good—DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!
It’s the same issue on their web site. Is this meant to be used by foreigners visiting Korea? It’s terrible and should be removed from the App Store. I’m surprised Google event approved it 😖
