Am I missing something?

Can’t find anyway to change any settings. In the App Store it shows a + sign in the top right hand corner which I would guess is where I would go to change my settings. However, the + sign is missing when I open my app on my Android. I am unable to switch to dark mode, change themes and locations. Unable to switch from meters to feet. Radar is no where to be found. My free weather apps are able to give me so much more than this app.

My New Go-To Weather App

I really like how this app gives you EVERYTHING you need all in one display that is easy to figure out and navigate. I like the control that slows you to view daily and hourly weather. It shows you the highs, lows, humidity, wind, etc. I’ve tried several different weather apps and I find myself using this one the most. The only issue I have is that it doesn’t quite fit on my small phone screen, so I can’t see the times when I’m looking at hourly weather. Fits fine on my Mobile though!
