I try to play this daily, but the connection issue is terrible. My phone connects to everything else just fine, yet no matter what WiFi I use or how strong the signal (I have full bars with my internet at home), the game gives me constant connection warnings and completely prevents me from playing. My dogs’ “health” depletes so much in one day…if I can’t get on, I’ll lose them when it reaches 0%. I’m going to lose my dogs simply because I can’t connect to your app, please fix this issue!

Love this app however I got a new phone and cannot log back in
I like the idea and it’s fun, but it’s almost impossible to cancel your subscription. I’ve been billed a lot but recently wanted to cancel. This and the past month I cancelled on PayPal, but unfortunately I’m still getting billed. It says I have to cancel on Treat, but when I go there’s no option to, only to contact them. So when I do, I’ve gone back and forth being told I don’t have a bill, blah blah. So I cancel and close my account. STILL BEING BILLED. So I contacted them again… we’ll see what happens.
I loved the game but it constantly crashes I never get my kibble I pay for miss rewards. I’m not sure what is going on with the game but they need to fix before I delete
