What a pain for the initial install. Awful
Would be nice if setup was a little bit speedier. Not convenient for the initial install. Password requirements were a little odd. Hopeful it will go more smoothly now that the initial steps are done.
Not only did this app make paying for parking a convoluted nightmare, I didn’t even park because it wants me to give them my card information. I think not. Then I go to ask them to cancel my account and they want even more info than they wanted to open it. A joke. Not that I had much reason to park downtown anyway, but I definitely won’t be now. Why the heck are we playing Guinea pigs to your stupid idea of an “easier” way to pay. Jesus, my quarters worked just fine.
Our city seems incapable of simply setting up an app that allows you to pay through your phone or even see spots that are allegedly up and running. I hope that this problem is known but based off of the local news reports, it seems the city thinks that everything is great. I can tell you from trying this many times over a long period of time, everything is not great. That is, unless you want to park literally anywhere but DSM.
Can't manage to use this at all, search doesn't show the DSM spots either by number or location. Useless.
