It’s a poorly designed app simple as that. Clunky UI and slow response time.
Need to have this app update its horrible can’t see payment posted right away have to wait for the next day.

I tried the new v2.0 app on my Android and new Mobile, could not get it to work on either platform. On Android SE, once I was able to figure out how to make an appointment (still not sure how I got there. Clicks are very laggy.), the pop up to select a date displays all text in a single vertical line. The times available are not shown, let alone choosable. On the Mobile it’s easier to choose a date, but again times are not shown. When you hit the Next button, you’re chided for not selecting a time! I hope the fix this by 7/12 when you -have- to use it to make an appointment.
