The app is everything. I’ve purchased Darihana’s guides before, and been on the train for a few years (I’m talking pdfs and Vimeo). The workouts are compiled to produce results, if you put the work in. Nothing is mandatory but trying your best, and the overview and highlight areas keep you up to date on supplements, body changes, and app changes. Your able to keep track of weight/sets, to make sure you’re progressively getting better. Being able to take progress pics and save them in the app is a bonus. Couldn’t ask for more from a virtual trainer.
I’ve been using the app for a bit now and have used a few different fitness apps. I love Darihana’s guides and challenges. The app is a huge step forward & has made her workouts more interactive and easier to follow than the PDFs in the past. I love to ability to check things off, look ahead to workouts, switch back from gym to home, and all of the information you can access throughout the app! Some cool level ups might be: — option to shift the order of workouts: sometimes, the compound movements don’t come until later and itd be nice to move things around for my own approach/benefit — checking off each set rather than waiting until all sets are done in a workout (instant gratification!) — removing sound in some videos, especially those without voice overs OR ability to join the music to the app: the sound disrupts my music & always messes up the vibe
I have been following Darihana on instragram for a while but have never done any of her challenges until now and MAN am I glad! I’ve only been doing the YBYG challenge for a week now and already notice a difference mentally and physically. This app is phenomenal. If I could rate it a 20/5, I would in a heartbeat! Darihana and her team include nutritional information that helps jump start your new healthy lifestyle which is super helpful, especially if you are unfamiliar with what/how much to eat. And don’t get me started about her workouts! All of her workout programs/challenges can be completed either at home or the gym AND has amazing walk through video tutorials. Her workouts are tough, but after you’ve completed one, you come back wanting more the next day! If you’re hesitant about getting the app and trying one of her workout guides/challenges, don’t be! I promise you won’t regret it!
I actually found DNF thanks to one of my friends who recommended her guides. I did research and pretty much stalked DNF Instagram to learn more about what she offers. I bought two of her guides and currently in my first challenge with her. I did two weeks of her Slim Thicc 4.0 guide before starting her Your Body, Your Goals challenge. In just three weeks, I’ve noticed a difference in my mind and body. I knew I needed to be consistent to see changes and Darihana focuses on that. In a short amount of time, I’ve been given a lot of nutritional information, weight lifting guidance, and major support all in one app. The DNF community also goes hard in encouragement and Darihana is always present to answer questions and customer support. 10/10 I’m in it for the long run. Love this app and the programs. It is very beginner friendly! Very easy to use. It keeps me motivated, accountable and on track. The step by step videos have really gotten me through workouts I thought I couldn’t do.
