Too much Latency

RTSP stream has too much latency for it to really control the camera without overshooting a lot. Application needs quite a lot of work. Should support control via Gamepad.

Zoom control is missing.

The app is simple to use. The only problem is that the zoom control is missing on the Android app. It works fine on the Mobile.
