So we got new smart feeder with wifi, setup all good, then when schedule adding and trying to select pet name option it goes loads next screen with f…. asking me to subscription, cant able to add pet name to schedules, what a f…king annoying thing a company does this practice! You pay almost $100 bucks their feeder and their app you can even f…king at your pet name to schedules…i just repacked the feeder and going back return!!!
Newest update deleted all my logs and even after recalibrating the dock, it cannot recognize the water level
The app just updated yesterday on 12/3. When I opened the app, the device list was cleared. After reconnecting my fountain, it no longer detects that the tank is attached, reports that there is no water, and sends no consumption notifications. I have had this fountain for almost 2 weeks, and it worked perfectly before the update.
Be aware there will always be a new bug introduced into the app with every release so you’ll always be dealing with some odd thing. Right now I can’t access the settings of my feeder at all. Feeding works on the schedule as expected, portions work well unless they release an unexplained update that changes the function of the plastic split again.
Was working great but a few weeks ago the app started crashing when trying to access my pet's feeder. Redownloaded the app and now it crashes immediately on load. Needs to be fixed!
