Paid 9.99 for avatar pack and no photos were generated

I paid 9.99 for an avatar pack, chose and added 20 photos, and the app stalled on the upload photos step. Just stalled at “0% uploaded” and “don’t close the app” indefinitely (usually a 60 second process, at most). App itself has no apparent way to contact for a refund. I’m not able to review the quality of their embedded model ai generations, because I never got any. So far they haven’t refunded me. If you use this app, just beware that you may get ripped off for 10 bucks.
