Worst experience ordering online in my life. First of all, they take so much time to ship but then say you can’t make a return if it has been over 30 days since the day the order was placed. They also don’t give you a normal refund, only store credit. My item was damaged when I got it so I truly don’t want to waste more money here. You also have to pay the large shipping cost back to where it came from which is deducted off your store credit. To top it off they said I may not get ANY store credit if the item is returned damaged but it came damaged ????? The customer service has been no help and can’t answer simple questions. This place has cheap quality and just wants your money.

When I first saw the store I LOVED it. Everything was cute, and for a boutique it was fairly priced. I saw some other reviews saying how it took WEEKS or MONTHS for their packages of like one sweatshirt to arrive. I ordered kind of scared that it would take that long. So in total I ordered 6 hoodies for back to school (I’m in high school), and there was a 40% off the WHOLE store, so I got what I could. Then I checked to see how long the shipping takes, and it said 2-7 business days. That is no where near a month to deliver. And I checked again after having ordered it on a Monday, and it said it is coming on Friday. THAT IS 4 DAYS. People need to get it together because if it is taking that long for a package I think the problem was you putting your information in wrong or weirdly. Don’t blame a super famous boutique that has a lot of orders because of basic white girls (I am one but…) so that is my honest opinion on White Fox. I LOVE IT SO MUCHHHH!!!
The material is soft and it’s very pretty
Amazing material. I’m going to Italy and it is super lightweight and super airy and amazingly comfy!!!!!
