Terrible

There is no support and no resolution, I have tried chatting, calling and sending an email to no avail. I have tried to complete an order for 5 days and keep getting the same error. I have called and spoken to Mayra who was zero help. Chatted with Mateo who told me to download the app because the website was not working, that didn’t work. I sent an email and got a general message about damaged orders. Incredibly frustrated and disappointed.
