So i made a subscription to this app and it says the subscription is still active even when i cancelled it!! it said it will expire next year! Pls fix this now
So no.1 is the Lay-out of the app. I can’t look back on my review because it wasn’t set as a check in. It really frustrated me because I only wanted to look back on that long paragraph that I’d written. no.2 is my subscription. I paid $5 and will continue to every week until this is fixed, but I can’t cancel the subscription. I used my personal card and my cards app doesn’t have a feature to disable it. I guess I’ll just have to block my card. Reflectio doesn’t have a feature to cancel the subscription in-app or on a website. I’ve checked. (Correct me if I’m wrong though). The review I wrote was very personal and depressing and a vent, just letting things out. My plan was to write it down in the app all at once and then to soon add on to it in my notebook when I’d gotten home from dinner. But I cant see the review. These are very particular things so if they don’t bother you, the app is perfect, basically. Just my little rant on my experience.
So far, I enjoy the app and the feedback it provides! However, I wish I’d noted the misspelled words / broken sentences I came across. Reflectio lost a bit of validation with me. I’m not too sure if I can take a mental health app too seriously when editors let mistakes slip like that
Would be great if it would actually let you see results before demanding you pay. Only got 3 days before it won’t even let me check in. Bull crap. Isn’t this app supposed to help mental health I was good but it gave me so much anxiety thinking I found something to help and all it wants is my money I don’t trust these apps 👎🏻
I’ve just started using this app in the past day so this is a very very very early assessment. But right now the AI keeps insisting I look angry when I am not, I’m actually sad and sadder still. Is this why I have social problems? Do I look angry to people when I’m not angry at all? Kind of spiraling a bit. Be careful. Especially as a woman, this is kind of upsetting to me. My perceived anger is received much more differently than a man’s.
