I learned so much from the regular program of zoom talks ( recorded to watch in my own time) with tips, tricks, explanations. I learned about different supplements, fuel and electrolyte products that were best for each leg of the triathlon due to gut and other issues, tricks for carrying all that nutrition in the race, and lots of other interesting topics. I met other athletes from around the world, from professionals to beginners like me, discussing common issues and questions. I feel confident trusting in the advice given from knowledgeable nutrition experts dealing specifically with athletes. All of the daily support comes at a good price point per month which is less than a one hour visit with my nutritionist.
