The app is poorly put together, and they got me with their freaking renewal. I thought it was set to renew at the weekly, but nope, you guys got me for about $40.00 letting the free trial roll over into a 6month premium upfront. Shady.
I lost 38 dollars paying for this app and it doesn’t add the subtitles after I download what I did in your app. Very dissatisfied.
They don’t clean and translate the audio for you.
It always says that my voice in not clear when I want to translate to Arabic, yet it can translate the same video to other languages. So disappointed !
