The app connected to my phone the first time but when I try it again what ever I do it doesn’t connect but the remote works

I do not recommend!

One issue I had was that it I would not connect to my Bluetooth. My remote doesn’t work. Which is a real bummer.In the app, all it does is load….. and load…and load. And it’s so annoying! This was supposed to be one of my bday gifts. But I give this a bad review! Really needs to improve. In conclusion, I would not recommend this app, or the LED lights.

Connection issues

The lights work. and the remote. but the first time I went in to the app. it was ok but the second time it didn’t connect it just didn’t work.

It’s not glowing bright

When I hooked the light up it didn’t glow very light you could barely even see the light

Blue tooth issue

No matter what I’ve done I can’t seem to connect my phone to the lights, it worked at first but now it won’t connect at all what’s the issue
