I’m an office manager and this app is just plain crap, no caller ID, no easy way of clearing missed called (which I didn’t have to do on the previous app). Please bring back the old B-hive!
Can’t send SMS, can’t get rid of notification badges without disabling it in the center (since I have so many old calls/texts, b-hive decided to group them together making it more than triple the time to clear notifications) the app is just super confusing. I went back to the old one, even though I can’t use the voicemail feature anymore. Thinking about switching voip providers. This is just awful….
we’ve been using broad voice in the beehive for years with the old app, they had us download this new app two days ago, and this is the worst app out there, it doesn’t tell you who has called it only shows the phone number you can’t just delete the chats. You have to go back into your online account. It’s not user-friendly the old app work great so far I have 976 calls in it as I look and I don’t know if I have called those people back if I have spoken with those people or if those people still need help this is just the worst app ever when I called there was no way to easily fix it they would send a note to the engineers but unfortunately, after years of using this company, I think we will be going with a different company. If this is the app we have to use.
Call’s automatically drop after 2 rings!!! VERY frustrating and Customer Service is of little, if any, help.
Shows caller ID when someone calls but then the log only shows phone numbers. Navigation is sloppy. Settings available are extremely limited. Randomly logs you out without notifying you. Audio cuts out randomly if connected to Wi-Fi. If someone calls before or after business hours, their number does not show up in the log unless they leave a voicemail.
