Card Guardians for Android

Having played quite a few of these types of games, I have to say there’s nothing really original here outside of the monotonous grinding you have to do. There’s no true scaling or opportunity to unlock cards or upgrade your starting deck. There seem to be very few card options, grinding the same levels over and over to find equipment to combine so you can upgrade it in order to survive later levels is not the spirit of a deck builder. This games seems strongly geared towards spending money to get crystals (appears to be. I other way of obtaining them) so you can buy chests to try and get the pieces you need in order to upgrade and progress in any timely manner. TLDR; There are actual deck builder games out there, and ones that only bill you for the product, your money is better spent on one of them.

The internal rules of battle, scores and deductions, card powers, and equipment upgrades are virtually INSCRUTABLE from the limited textual information given. Example: new cards have a little magnifying glass icon in the corner, presumably to help a player make an informed decision when picking a new card…? No- the magnifying glass just shows a weird little joke or character quote that doesn’t provide any helpful information about what the card does. Example: powering up equipment, on of the displays looked like this 60 —> 80 Then when you click apply, the display shows this 80 —> 60 … … No joke.

Great game! Fun and engaging with each run being different. BUT, don’t spend your money on gems to buy chests and here’s why: -There are only 5 levels. You will spend money and then the game will be over. -there are also never any events or discounts for gems. Always full price. If devs get more interested, this game will be a banger!

Was enjoying the more than any mobile game I’ve played until I came across a glitch. The glitch didn’t let me interact with any buttons on screen and I tried everything in my power to fix it. After this I deleted the game as a last attempt to fix it and lost all my progress

The game itself is incredibly fun! However it’s held together by some of the worst spaghetti codes you’ll ever see. Constant crashes, freezes, and errors. Currently, my game has frozen completely and no matter what, it will not progress. Every time I open it loads the new world I’ve unlocked (world 3) and becomes a brick. No actions work. I’ve even uninstalled and reinstalled the game with no dice. I’ve reported the problem under the ‘Report Problem’ section and haven’t heard from anybody in over 3 days. TLDR: The game is really fun, but agonizingly unplayable in its current state.
