What the heck!! I’ve made several attempts in course of several months to download your App and it still bring up a map I don’t need or care for. With the amount of increased rates your company imposed on your customers, you can’t even come up with a decent app. Ugh!!!
Didn’t even keep it an hour before deleting.
I have looked all over this app and the App Store. How do you pay your bill???? I had the app to pay my bill on my other Android. Then when I upgraded to my new Android. Went to download my apps, this was the only option for PG&E. But you can’t. Pay your Bill!!! I have to go to my old phone and use the app I have on it to pay!! Because that app can’t be found. Just this report it crap. So what’s the deal???
Unbelievably, PG&E’s “Report it” app requires you to first register your email address with them, then wait *SEVEN DAYS* while they process your registration BEFORE you can report a problem. Other than PG&E employees, first responders and other specialists, what % of the general public downloading the app will be doing so specifically to report an immediate problem? (and discovering the app won’t let them report it!) And what % of those people will never face a reportable problem with PG&E equipment other than that one time when they downloaded the app? This is clearly designed to help PG&E try to improve their horrible public image by saying “look at all the ways we’re offering the public to report problems”, while designing the app to make it impossible for a very high percentage of the public to report anything the one time they need to.
I wanted to report an arcing transformer outside my house. However the app doesn’t let me report anything until they “clear” my email. That can take up to 7 days? Guess I’ll just call their phone number and bypass the app as it’s currently useless to me.
