Fairly easy

Seems pretty good. I did have to go through it a couple of times to add all favorites, etc. Also, I am assisting the patient but there seems nowhere to add my contact info.

Do you really want to know…

I only use this app because I have to if it was easier to call or book a ride through my insurance app then I wouldn’t use it … If that doesn’t say enough then just know that there is no way to set locations it erases each update, it does not allow for linking of trips and I take my kids with a lot… It does not let you set a pickup time, or request that the driver needs to stay if it is only a short appointment… Need I go on???
