I pay for a year subscription when I try to use the app . There is a requirement to pay again. I need my money back. There is no contact information. No confirmation of your purchase but they received your money this is operating as a spam.
I just paid for the special yearly subscription of $29.99 yesterday and am not happy with the app…I want to cancel the subscription and want a refund…
I subscribed to the $69 a year option, but kept getting an expired subscription notice, so I am unable to actually use it. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app as well as restarting my Android to no avail - it keeps giving me an error when I try to restore the purchase and in my subscriptions it keeps showing a yearly subscription - VERY disappointing and needless to say very difficult to get support or a refund … looked like a really cool app, but pointless if u cant use it … hope I can at least get my $69 back!!
Was looking for more of what the ad promoted: facial exercises. Instead the focus was more on skin care and pricey upselling.
