  • Deletion

I wish there was a way to delete. There are things on the Home Screen from June 2022. It asked if I wanted to update my review. No because I still don’t know how to delete old stuff.

  • Height of unprofessional behavior

UT physicians at West S loop Bellaire has crossed all lines of unprofessional behavior. Asking patients for an additional copay if they discuss a prescription refill with their annual exam, having each medical condition being reviewed under a separate appointment to be able to charge a separate copay, not refilling a routine prescription until a separate appointment and copay is arranged, not responding to the texts in the UT app on time, and not responding to some messages at all. How can a hospital and a subset of doctors operate in such a manner and expect patients to be quiet? Just for reference, I am 50 plus and am forced to write my first review of my life on a doctor/ hospital. For reference, the attending doctor (though hardly attending) was Christine Swade.

  • Billing is very inefficient.

I know you recently went on a new system. I have called in and what I show I owe online is different from what I am told by your office that I owe. I have NEVER been turned into any collection agency in 60 years and I learned that I was turned in over $35 I didn’t even know that I owed. Again I have called into your business office and have had a credit balance on one account but you turned another account over to collections. Honestly as much as I trust the physician ‘s care you provide, I have considered going elsewhere for care because your billing department is so inefficient.
