I’m in the software field and I can confidently say this is the worst designed app I have every seen. It does not respond to screen size. I have a Android. It requires you to enter the same information multiple times. It is very nearly unusable on my Android. Your software team should be ashamed of this work

Seems like it could make it way more convenient to get tickets, but they charge a very hefty processing fee that seems to be percentage based instead of just a one time fee. The more tickets you buy the more you will pay in processing fees.

I purchased a pass of 10 tickets, but there’s no tracking to show how many I have used or have left. I sent the recommendation after inquiring through ‘contact us’. It seems like an easy thing to add and save a lot of frustration.
